We are searching for a Global IT Director for Strukton, who will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Strukton Group's ICT systems are compatible, secure, and cost-effective, contributing to the overall digital transformation of the organization.
Main goal of the position
The Global IT Director is responsible for transforming Strukton's IT and digitalization efforts into a benchmark of excellence within the industry. This role is critical in driving the standardization and restructuring of technology and business applications. The Director will assess the feasibility of extending IT support from the Netherlands to other regions. For instance, they will ensure that the setup of Business Central is scalable for future use outside the Netherlands. Additionally, the role involves fostering a unified, high-quality, and cost-effective IT services organization by leveraging economies of scale, securing IT infrastructure, and coordinating international R&D activities focused on digitalizing business operations.
The position
The Global IT Director leads a team of 45 IT managers and employees in the Netherlands and coordinates ICT activities in the Nordics and Italy, involving external companies as needed. The Director reports to the Chief Transition Officer and collaborates with the Board for decision-making. This role is based in the Netherlands, with responsibilities extending across Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.

There will be several interview rounds with representatives from Lodiers & Partners during weeks 39 and 40, followed by interviews with our client in weeks 41 and 42. A personality questionnaire (Lumina) is also part of this procedure.
