Hitachi Construction Machinery is looking for a Manager Sales Planning & Order Management with a passion for sales, data, and technology, as well as strong communication and team-building skills.
Main goal of the position
The Manager Sales Planning & Order Management at Hitachi Europe is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales planning process and ensuring efficient order management to meet customer demands. This role involves demand forecasting, order processing, and cross-functional coordination to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
The position
This role is a critical link between sales and operations. Therefore, it is essential to stimulate close collaboration between your team and production planning.

There will be several interview rounds with representatives from Lodiers & Partners (week 35 and 36) and with our client (week 37). A personality questionnaire (Lumina) is part of this procedure.
