Position
This concerns a strategic key position where entrepreneurship and leadership are prerequisites for successful job performance. While the organization already has some major Dutch clients, filling this position requires a 'green field approach'. It is crucial to meticulously map the market to devise the most efficient and effective strategy. In what ways can Dantherm become successful in the Benelux? You will be required to analyze, plan, DO and review. Accomplish sales objectives and to implement a comprehensive sales plan which will help the company meet their ambitious goals in the Benelux. The organization offers a comprehensive and diverse range of products across various markets. Initially your focus will be on Construction and Water Damage Restoration. You will have direct contact with customers, resellers and distributors. Your role involves starting, building and expanding these relationships. In addition to acquiring new business, you are responsible for managing existing relationships.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-starting, hands-on candidate with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a commercially accountable role (btb). You have a commercial or (technical) business education at least at Bachelor level. Extensive experience and a proven track record in a similar industry, namely construction related industry. You are familiar with direct sales, rental market, resellers and distributors. You are result- and client oriented, solution-focused and accustomed to operating in an international and technical environment. You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of French is a plus. Your base is in Heinsberg, Germany, where working from home is possible.
