The proposed candidates are evaluated on qualities, knowledge and experience, as well as on immediate availability and rate.
After being presented by Lodiers & Partners, the interim manager is invited for a personal introduction to the client.
In the event of a successful mediation, Lodiers & Partners will take care of all administrative and contractual matters, so that the selected interim manager can immediately focus on the issue at hand. During the course of the assignment, we maintain in regular contact with both the interim manager and client until after completion, which is always followed up with an evaluation.
