Lodiers & Partners has its own code of conduct and is committed to protecting the data and privacy of users of its services. This code of conduct is more than a description of our working methods; the code of conduct provides clarity to clients and candidates in advance so that you know where you stand.

Curriculum vitae ('resume')
If you indicate an interest in a position we currently have in our portfolio, please e-mail us your resume. Your digital resume is stored in a protected environment, which is accessible only to Lodiers & Partners employees. In order to get the most complete picture of your education and work experience and other information relevant to a possible placement with one of our clients, we process the data from your resume in our database. This database, in which all your data is stored, is accessible only to our employees. You can e-mail us an update of your resume whenever you want, your previous resume will be replaced.
If you indicate an interest in a job opening that we currently have in our portfolio, in addition to your resume, we will process and store data in our database that you have posted on LinkedIn. This data is also stored in a protected environment, which can only be accessed by Lodiers & Partners employees. You can e-mail us an update to your LinkedIn profile whenever you want, your previous data will be replaced.
Access to your data
You are entitled to request a copy of the data we have of you from us at any time. You also have the right to instruct Lodiers & Partners to stop using and delete your data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to email@example.com. Lodiers & Partners will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within 4 weeks. Withdrawal of consent means that we will create a record in our database for its implementation.
Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Our site only uses functional & statistical cookies that do not require explicit consent from the visitor. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic to our website in order to improve our services. We have set up this service so that no explicit consent is required for cookie use.
