Lodiers & Partners has its own code of conduct and is committed to protecting the data and privacy of users of its services. This code of conduct is more than a description of our working methods; the code of conduct provides clarity to clients and candidates in advance so that you know where you stand.

Key elements of our code of conduct

  • Integrity is one of our core values. We will make every effort to inform both the candidate and our client as carefully and completely as possible.
  • Lodiers & Partners only accepts assignments that it believes it can successfully complete.
  • Lodiers & Partners works exclusively on behalf of companies and institutions, never on behalf of candidates. Therefore, Lodiers & Partners only accepts fees from clients, never from candidates.
  • Every assignment is treated as confidential. Without permission, Lodiers & Partners will not provide information about the client or candidates to third parties.
  • Lodiers & Partners does not approach/accept candidates in procedure who are employed by one of our clients until at least one year after a last assignment has ended.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Lodiers & Partners is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its services. We want visitors to be able to use our website safely and securely. It is not possible to enter your information on our website. If you still wish to provide your information, this can only be done via e-mail. We will ensure that your information is kept confidential and used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Data collection and use
Your personal details, including your name, e-mail address, resume and LinkedIn profile, is collected, stored and used by us for the following purposes:

  • To find appropriate job openings to your profile so that we can offer you the position that best suits you;
  • To keep you informed of Lodiers & Partners' services and news and developments in your and our field;
  • To invite you to small-scale meetings at our office or elsewhere.

After we have contacted you for the first time, we will ask you (within one month after our first contact) for your consent by approving our 'consent question'. You will receive an e-mail from us asking for your consent to the following: Consent to the storage and retention of your personal data from the following sources:

  • Information obtained from direct contact with you (e-mail, telephone contact, conversation)
  • Data obtained from your resume
  • Data obtained from LinkedIn
  • Data we receive from third parties about you (e.g. following an interview with a client or an assessment agency).

    The retention period and validity of your consent extends until revocation or the attainment of your retirement age. In order to keep our data current and correct, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes. Consent to share your personal details with third parties, always in consultation with you:

  • Sharing your data (e.g., your resume and our interview report) with our client to introduce you as a potential candidate for the job opening at our client.
  • Sharing your data from our database for the purpose of an assessment with an assessment company.
  • Sharing your data (e.g. our interview report) with a translation agency if necessary.

Disclosure of your data
When we are required by law to do so, we must make your data available to regulatory or law enforcement agencies. We will always fully inform you of this.

Curriculum vitae ('resume')
If you indicate an interest in a position we currently have in our portfolio, please e-mail us your resume. Your digital resume is stored in a protected environment, which is accessible only to Lodiers & Partners employees. In order to get the most complete picture of your education and work experience and other information relevant to a possible placement with one of our clients, we process the data from your resume in our database. This database, in which all your data is stored, is accessible only to our employees. You can e-mail us an update of your resume whenever you want, your previous resume will be replaced.

If you indicate an interest in a job opening that we currently have in our portfolio, in addition to your resume, we will process and store data in our database that you have posted on LinkedIn. This data is also stored in a protected environment, which can only be accessed by Lodiers & Partners employees. You can e-mail us an update to your LinkedIn profile whenever you want, your previous data will be replaced.

Access to your data
‍You are entitled to request a copy of the data we have of you from us at any time. You also have the right to instruct Lodiers & Partners to stop using and delete your data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to contact@lodiersenpartners.nl. Lodiers & Partners will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within 4 weeks. Withdrawal of consent means that we will create a record in our database for its implementation.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy due to changes in laws and regulations. In the event of future changes to our privacy policy, we will incorporate the relevant changes into our Privacy Statement and notify you via our website. This way you can always be aware of what personal data is collected by us, what it is used for and to whom it is disclosed. ‍Our site only uses functional & statistical cookies that do not require explicit consent from the visitor. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic to our website in order to improve our services. We have set up this service so that no explicit consent is required for cookie use.
