Because of the growth of the company we are searching for a highly effective IT Manager to support the Global Bakery Ingredients & Bakery Markets business including the Global Technology Center.

In this position you will act as a business partner to senior representatives of key functional areas within the business unit and provide hands-on IT services within the Global Technology Centre. Elevating the IT support to your internal customers by personalising the service they receive and enabling them to achieve excellence within their roles. A large part of this role is listening to your customer needs – both to improve operational efficiency and to facilitate improvement projects to enable strategic objectives. This would require closely working with your customers to understand the root cause of their problems and after which to propose, agree and manage the change/fix utilising the resources of the parent company.
