As the organization is undergoing a significant transition from supply-driven to market-driven, where data analysis and IT play a crucial role at the strategic level, they recently decided to introduce a new position: Manager Business Analytics and Reporting.

Main goal of the position
The Manager Business Analytics and Reporting will be pivotal in transforming Hitachi’s data landscape to drive strategic business decisions and innovation. With over five years of experience, her of she will lead the development of sophisticated data products, ensuring robust data pipelines and seamless integration of technology with business objectives.

The position
As the Manager of Business Analytics, you will act as a strategic business partner, developing best-in-class business analytics across the organization. You will train and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in cloud technology applications. By creating and presenting meaningful insights through advanced dashboards and reports, you will support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will cultivate a relevant network within the industry to leverage opportunities for business growth and innovation. You will also focus on the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis and reporting processes.

The profile

• advanced degree in Business Informatics or a technical field (Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, etc.);
• minimum of five years of experience in a data engineering or a related role;
• proven experience in managing and leading a team with a strategic focus;
• strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights, with strong attention to detail;
• expertise in data modeling techniques and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP);
• familiarity with SQL, Python, data pipelines, Agile methodologies, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC);
• excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
• high motivation, drive, and entrepreneurial attitude;
• fluent in English.

Procedure
There will be several interview rounds with representatives from Lodiers & Partners (week 35 and 36) and with our client (week 37). A personality questionnaire (Lumina) is part of this procedure.
