As the organization undergoes a significant transition from being supply-driven to market-driven, where data analysis and IT play a crucial role at the strategic level, they recently decided to introduce a new position.

Therefore, we are looking for a Manager Pricing Management with a passion for sales, data, and technology, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Main goal of the position
The performance objectives of this position are:
•    achieve year-on-year revenue growth targets through strategic pricing initiatives;
•    improve overall profit margins through optimized pricing strategies;
•    ensure all pricing decisions are data-driven and reflect current market conditions;
•    accuracy and reliability of pricing analysis.

The position
This role is critical in the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives, advancing our current pricing models, enhancing data analytics capabilities, and refining strategic pricing mechanisms across our European and North African operations. This position requires close collaboration with the sales and product management teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

The profile

  • degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • minimum of five years of experience in strategic pricing, profit management, or a related field;
  • proven experience in leading and managing teams;
  • demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies in a B2B or B2C environment;
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights, with strong attention to detail;
  • excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with pricing tools and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce);
  • results-oriented with a strong focus on driving profitability and business growth;
  • high level of motivation, drive, and entrepreneurial attitude; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Procedure
There will be several interview rounds with representatives from Lodiers & Partners (week 35 and 36) and with our client (week 37). A personality questionnaire (Lumina) is part of this procedure.
