Bonduelle Northern Europe is one of the regions that is leading in achieving this mission. It’s a commercial organization based in Eindhoven and responsible for the Benelux, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. The Marketing Retail Benelux department is also located in Eindhoven.
For this successful French family owned company, we are searching for an energetic, convincing and creative Senior Brand Manager for the retail channel in the Benelux.
Purpose of the job
As a Senior Brand Manager you will define and realize the mid and short marketing strategy for the Bonduelle brand in line with the group's vision and strategy. Therefore contributing to and stimulating sustainable growth with positive impact on “people, planet and profit”.
You will have a leading role in the overall brand communication and a specific portfolio responsibility on the ambient business (canned and pouch), both in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Although you will closely work together with the European marketing team, there is a strong focus on driving local consumer needs which results in high influence on the whole marketing mix for the Benelux. This makes working at Bonduelle as a marketeer very interesting versus international A-brand manufacturers where strategy and execution are defined by the head office.
In this position you will report to the Marketing Director Retail Benelux and will have line management responsibility for the Brand Activation Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
